Renee comes rocking and rolling straight out of the box, sounding like she’s been making great pop/rock records her entire life. In fact, she’s only had an independent EP to her credit up until now, albeit it a fantastic debut EP, produced by Powderfinger’s Darren Middleton [who also makes a guest appearance here on the new album] and featured the track “Dreary Day” [which was picked up by Triple J, Channel [V] and Rage].

Ellington
Hailing from the small town of Tannum Sands in Central Queensland, the Ellington story began when songwriting duo Jake Bosci and Michael Beatson began playing together in high school. After the underground sensation that was their debut EP, 2006’s The Joy We Keep In, and the band's two-month long journey to Atlanta in April this year, last month saw the duo ink a publishing deal with SonyBMG Australia.
